Payment Details

• Consultation fees are always paid at least one session in advance. Therefore the fee for the first session is due at the end of the initial consultation.
• You may take advantage of a 10% discount, if you pay for 5 or more sessions in advance. Or a generous 20% discount if you pay for 8 or more sessions in advance.
• Smoking and group sessions require payment of a deposit when booking and the balance must always be paid in full before the treatment commences.
• Extended sessions require payment in full at the time of booking.
  
• If travel is required, travel expenses, accomodation and meals are at your expense and will be billed separately. Certain travel expenses may be charged in advance.
• Appointments cannot be guaranteed unless a payment in advance has been received.
• Payment may be made by Cash, Cheque (only with a cheque guarantee card), Debit Card or Credit Card.
• Payment can be made in person, by post, by phone and online.
• No refunds are payable. You are paying for my time, training and experience.

Rescheduling, Cancelling and Missed Appointments

• At least 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If you do not give adequate notice, you will be charged for the session.
• If you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged for the session.
• You may end the course of treatment at any time, and should notify me of your intentions to do so either during the session, or with at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give adequate notice, you will be charged for the session and this would be deducted from any fees returned to you.
• A full refund will be given if you give a minimum of a weeks notice when cancelling an Extended session, however any expenses already incurred such as travel tickets will deducted from the fees returned.
  

Group Bookings and Individual Quit Smoking Treatment Conditions

• All group booking and individual quit smoking treatments require Payment in full at time of booking (or payment of a deposit at time of booking and remainder payable at the start of the first session).
• Bookings cannot be guaranteed unless a payment has been received.
• If cancelling, a full refund will be given if you cancel more than a week before the start of the first session.
• The deposit will be retained if you cancel less than a week before the start of the first session.
• Once the treatment has commenced no refund is payable whatever the circumstances.
• Payment may be made by Cash, Cheque (only with a cheque guarantee card), Debit Card or Credit Card.
• Payment can be made in person, by post, by phone and online.
  
  

Extended Sessions

• Extended sessions require payment in full at the time of booking.
  
• If travel is required, travel expenses, accomodation and meals are at your expense and will be billed separately. Certain travel expenses may be charged in advance. Travel time will be an additional charge or it can be deducted from the session time.
• Appointments cannot be guaranteed unless a payment in advance has been received.
• Some conditions may not be suitable for extended sessions.
• A full refund will be given if you give a minimum of a weeks notice when cancelling an Extended session, however any expenses already incurred such as travel tickets will deducted from the fees returned.
• 50% of the fee will be retained if you cancel less than a week before the start of the first session. Any expenses already incurred such as travel tickets will deducted from the fees returned.

I am available to see clients Monday to Friday, both during the daytime and most evenings. You may contact me by email or phone me at the number below for more details.

I practice from a consulting room in my home and also at a local complementary health clinic on certain days of the week, if you would prefer to see me at the complementary health clinic instead then do please let me know when booking your appointment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

At least 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If adequate notice is not given you will be charged for the session.

Refunds and Guarantees

• No refund is payable for the sessions you have attended whatever the circumstances. If you pay in advance for the treatment then unused sessions will be refunded just as soon as you inform me that you don't need to continue.
• Nothing in life is guaranteed, and it is not professional to offer one. A doctor, counsellor, or psychologist for example, does not offer a money back guarantee. Whilst treatment using hypnotherapy and NLP can be amazingly quick and effective, the therapy is not a magic wand which 'zaps' the problems away but is instead a process where we both work together to help you overcome the problems and make changes. Therefore the results are to some extent dependent on your commitment, motivation and involvement in the change process. The most successful clients are the ones who get fully involved in the treatment, act on advice and carry out any exercises given. You can be assured that as a full-time professional therapist, I will bring all my skills, knowledge, experience and ongoing training to bear in bringing you lasting relief in your problem. However as I cannot control your commitment, involvement, life circumstances or what you do outside of the session, I cannot offer any guarantees.
